McMurry To Offer Spring Exercise Classes

McMurry University provides Group Exercise workouts for persons fifty years and older beginning Monday, January 5.  

Fifty-Plus Fitness classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00-9:00 am in Hunt PE Center, room 100, and include dynamic balance, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance, and cardio fitness.  Pug Parris is the instructor for the class that runs until May 1.  

Cost is $80 with options to attend other group exercise classes at the university; drop-ins pay $5 per lesson. Contact Dr. Parris at 325-793-4632 or pparris@mcm.edu.
