Business students made site visits to the Whole Foods Market flagship London store, to British Airways headquarters at Heathrow Airport, to Acorne, PLC, (an experience marketing company), and to Lloyd’s insurance market. Students had conducted research on those companies prior to the trip, and they met with company representatives during the site visits for presentations and question and answer sessions.

History and Religion students went to the British Museum, the Imperial War Museum, the City of London Museum, walked the path of Roman wall, and visited locations significant to John Wesley, including attendance at Sunday services at Wesley’s Chapel in London.

The entire travel group toured the Houses of Parliament at Westminster and took a day trip to Paris, France, where they visited the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum.  Also participating in the trip were Dr. Christina Wilson, Dean of the School of Arts and Letters, and Dr. Alicia Wyatt, Dean of the School of Natural and Computational Sciences.  The travel group returned from London on January 9.
