McMurry to offer Group Exercise Classes this spring

McMurry University will offer open-to-the-public group exercise classes this Spring. Hour-long mid-day and evening group exercise classes run January 11-April 29 for a fee of $80.  

Classes include Balance, Tone, Flexibility and Cardio at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.  Yoga is offered at 12 p.m. (noon) on Tuesdays through Fridays and again at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays Low Impact Aerobics are on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and Zumba sessions are at 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Participants may mix-and-match attendance at the mid-day and evening offerings.  Drop-ins pay $5 per visit.  For more information or to register, contact Pat Goodnature at 325-793-4850 or Janet McMurray at 325-793-4634.
