McMurry University offers its spring semester of open-to-the-public workout classes. The Fifty-Plus Fitness class will meet at 8 a.m. for an hour workout each Monday and Wednesday beginning January 6. These sessions, led by veteran instructor Pug Parris, focus on muscle strength, flexibility, and balance and are geared for populations over fifty years of age.
