ABILENE, Texas –McMurry University will offer its fall series of workouts for the public beginning August 27.

BodyFit workouts are held Monday-Thursday from 5 to 6 a.m. and will run from Sept. 4 through Oct. 11. Cost is $120, and includes a t-shirt.

All other classes will run from August 27 to Dec. 11. Low Impact Aerobics are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Yoga classes meet from noon to 1 p.m. and from 6:30 to 7:25 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Zumba classes meet from 5:30 to 6:25 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Core training meets at noon on Wednesdays and Fridays. Participants may mix attendance at any of these sessions throughout the semester.

All classes meet in room 200 of the Hunt P.E. Center. Cost is $70 for up to 60 sessions or you may pay the $5 per session drop-in rate.
