Dr. Mark Waters, associate professor of servant leadership, associate professor of religion, and director of The Center for Global Leadership at McMurry University, will facilitate an Abilene Interfaith Council panel discussion about the role of dreams in a variety of faith traditions at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 6, at The Grace Museum.

The impetus for the panel is a current Grace Museum exhibition from the collection of legendary Texas artist, Kelly Fearing (1918-2011). The exhibition, curated by Judy Tedford Deaton, is entitled Kelly Fearing: Lucid Dreams.  Panelists include Sammie Garza (Baha'i Faith), Craig Thompson (Buddhism), The Rev. Susanna Cates (Christianity), Manel Kortas  (Islam), Dr. Susan Pigott (Judiasm), and Shawna Hayhurst (Native American Spirituality). A question and answer opportunity will follow.
